Thieves Use Flat Tire Scheme to Target Drivers

Police are searching for several suspects in a series of robberies across Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Working together, one suspect offers to fix a driver’s flat tire while the other goes inside the vehicle and takes the victim’s personal belongings.
