Thieves Target Drivers in Flat-Tire Scheme

Police say a trio of thieves has been targeting drivers in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. One of them pretends to fix a flat tire, while another goes inside the car to take the driver’s belongings. Checkey Beckford reports.
