The Clean-up: Salt Spreaders Battle Icy Roads, Mounds of Snow Grow on Streets

Salt spreaders were busy on the roads Wednesday morning as dangerous black ice threatened much of the tri-state. Mounds of snow continued to pile up as snow plows cleared the streets. Slushy puddles and snow mountains littered midtown intersections. Tracie Strahan and Katherine Creag report.
