Terror Scare Raises Concerns on Cargo Security Screening

The Department of Homeland Security says they will heighten cargo screening as a precaution. By law the TSA must screen 100 percent of the cargo loaded in the bellies of passenger planes. But the level of screening for cargo varies depending on the object shipped and the originating country.
