U.S. Cat, 29, May Be World's Oldest

A Tennessee couple may own the oldest cat in the world. Thomas and Dixie Hylton say their 29-year-old calico cat Squeak is the oldest cat in the world. Guinness Records is verifying Squeak’s age to see if he can take the oldest cat crown from Corduroy, a 26-year-old feline from Oregon.
