Teen Turns Himself in For Allegedly Shooting Girl in Queens

The teen boy turned himself in to police for the shooting of a 16-year-old girl in Queens, which came just two days after another boy was shot and killed on a Jamaica basketball court two miles away. NBC New York’s Erica Byfield reports.
