Teen Girl Recovering After Shot in Brooklyn Playground

Police are searching for the gunman behind a second shooting at a Bed-Stuy playground in as many months. This time a 13-year-old girl was hit in the shoulder, and her mother says the bullet also pierced her lung. NBC 4 New York’s Rana Novini reports.
