Suspect in Custody After Body Found in NYC Building Fir

A person was found dead after what authorities described as a “small fire” at a public housing development in East Harlem Tuesday, and officials believe the victim may have been killed by a man who tried to slash his own throat a short time later, law enforcement sources tell NBC 4 New York.
