Suffolk Legislator-Elect Arrested for Allegedly Choking Wife

Suffolk police say Nicholas Caracappa, 53, was arrested on Tuesday at his home for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing related to a domestic incident. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal reports.
