Subway Flasher Arrested

A man accused of committing a lewd act on the subway has been arrested. Last Friday a woman snapped a photo of the man engaging in an act of lewdness on a “3” train. But, when she took it to a uniformed officer, she was told it’s not a police matter. Internal affairs is investigating how the complaint was handled.
