Subway Tunnel Reopens After Sandy Repairs

Gov. Cuomo and officials from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority took a ride on a train Sunday through the Montague Tunnel connecting Brooklyn and lower Manhattan. The tunnel had been closed since Sandy. Ida Siegal reports.
