Storms Flood Tri-State, More Wet Weather on Way

An intense round of severe storms slammed the tri-state area Tuesday, causing flash flooding that backed up traffic for hours on major roads and thoroughfares, knocking down trees and power lines, and damaging some buildings with lightning strikes. Ida Siegal reports.
