Some Cops With History of Abuse Allegations Stay on Street, Data Shows

The Eric Garner case has put the NYPD under a national microscope and raised questions about police tactics. Our partners at WNYC looked at arrest data and civilian complaints against police and determined that the NYPD lets some officers with a history of allegations of abuse remains on the streets.
