Solemn Homecoming for Massive Steel WTC Remnants

It was a homecoming… that wasn’t meant to happen. 28 flatbed trucks hauled 500 tons of steel from the World Trade Center site to Coatsville, PA — where the steel was made four decades ago. The occasion was an event to honor those who lost their lives on 9/11, as well as the city’s steelworkers.
