Severe Storms Put Rockland Under Water

It was a rough day for the folks in Rockland County. Heavy rain caused flooding and street closures in some areas. Rain washed out the field where Nyack High School was to have their graduation. NBC New York?s DeMarco Morgan spoke with residents who were drying off around the county.
