Senate Passes Victims Compensation Act

First responders who traveled down to D.C. were relieved to see the bill they’ve worked so hard to get passed finally be funded, and some of those will be at the White House Friday when the president says he will sign it. NBC 4 New York’s Andrew Siff reports from Washington D.C.
