Sandy Victims on Long Island Struggling with Cold Temperatures

Hurricane Sandy victims in one Long Island town are without heat again, this time during the arctic blast. The frigid cold temperatures are causing pipes that were already damaged during the storm to freeze. Greg Cergol has more from Island Park.
