Rodney Harrison to Become Next NYPD Chief of Department After Monahan Retirement

The highest ranking uniformed officer in the NYPD, Chief of Department Terence Monahan, made his retirement official Thursday, and he will be replaced by current Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison. NBC New York’s Myles Miller reports.
