Neighbors to Sue Over Pelham Parkway Project

It’s a new $40 million dollar road improvement project in the Bronx that residents say is anything but. Worried about their safety and furious over the inconvenience, neighbors protested Monday as they announced their planst to sue. News 4’s Ida Siegal has more from the Pelham section of the Bronx.
