Rail Fail Creates LIRR Nightmare

Thousands of LIRR riders experienced crippling delays and cancellations on their way to New York’s Penn Station Tuesday after a power problem in one of the East River tunnels stranded multiple trains and forced diversions, the MTA said. Andrew Siff and Greg Cergol report.
