PR Governor Calls for Emergency Funds for Island

It’s been 55 days since Hurricane Maira, and 60 percent of Puerto Ricans are without power. On Tuesday, Gov. Ricardo Rossello Nevares asked a congressional committee for more funding to repair the island’s infrastructure.
