Potential Mass Shooter Thwarted in Connecticut

Police say the Norwalk man was buying rifle parts online in an effort to build his own gun, and cops found a Facebook post of his showing he had an interest in committing a mass shooting. NBC 4 New York’s Ken Buffa reports.
