Police Standoff Ends in Paterson

U.S. Marshals were involved in standoff with a murder suspect on Hamilton Street Wednesday morning in Paterson, New Jersey. Though police tell News 4 New York the standoff has since ended. No other information was immediately available. It’s not clear if that suspect was involved in Tuesday’s shooting that left at least four dead and others injured, but Mayor Andre Sayegh says the standoff suspect is wanted on a murder warrant in New York City, which is why the U.S. Marshals were involved.
