Police Probe Fake Drive-By

An incident called “unbelievable” and “totally unacceptable” by police in Cincinnati has gone viral on social media. A Facebook video shows a young man, possibly a teenager, holding a weapon in the back seat of a car along Ross Avenue near Warsaw Avenue in the Price Hill neighborhood. “One of the subjects in the rear of the vehicle produced a firearm from the window and began pulling the trigger of that firearm into a crowd of individuals,” Capt. Aaron Jones with the Cincinnati Police Department said. In the short video, you can see people scatter along the sidewalk. However, no bullets left the gun’s barrel. “Either the firearm was not working or it was, seems to be a joke, pulling the trigger, dry firing,” Jones said. What happens next is even more disturbing. “At the end of the video, you can hear the subject laughing and talking, and this was a big joke,” Jones said. “It’s not a joke to us.”
