Photos Appear to Show Man Tying Girl's Hair to Shopping Cart as Punishment

A Texas dad is under investigation for the way he chose to punish his daughter at a Wal-Mart. Photos appear to show the man dragging the 5-year-old girl through the store with her hair wrapped around the handle of a shopping cart. A woman approached the man and asked him to stop but she says he told her to mind her own business. She snapped photos and called police, who are investigating along with Child Protective Services.
