Parents Want More PCB Tests
Parents at city schools are frightened by lab tests that show dangerously high levels of PCBs in light fixtures and caulking around windows and doors. Two groups who commissioned the tests are now calling on the Department of Education to run tests in more than 700 city schools built before 1979.
