Panic After Firecrackers Set Off on Subway

Someone allegedly set off firecrackers on the train between the 14th Street and Sixth Avenue station and the 23rd Street and Sixth Avenue station in Chelsea, leading to a mass police response and a bit of panic from riders. Andrew Siff has the latest.
