Overcrowded Housing Divides an East Hampton Community

Year-round residents in East Hampton says several people are illegally living in the town by overcrowding single-family homes. Most of the complaints center around the hamlet of Springs in East Hampton. The issue has divided a community known for it’s luxurious real estate. Tom Llamas reports.
