Fashion Week is such an intrinsically New York event, it makes sense that some designers want to honor their city by showing their collections at venues throughout the city. Laurel Pinson talks to a few of the designers migrating away from the Bryant Park Tents, including rising star Jason Wu, who made headlines in January when First Lady Michelle Obama wore his design to the Inaugural Ball.
