Tri-State Transit Chiefs Plead for Sandy Aid

Transportation officials from the tri-state area went to Capitol Hill Thursday to testify about their transit systems sustained during Sandy and to ask for billions of dollars in aid to fix the tremendous damage. Andrew Siff reports.
