Off-Duty NYPD Officer Hit With Chain in Subway Attack

Police say a suspect threw a chain through open doors on a northbound 2 train at Park Place, striking an off-duty female NYPD officer. The suspect then got on the train, and ran off at the next stop, Chambers Street. NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
