Off-Duty FDNY Firefighter Arrested After Filming Up Woman's Skirt

A lifelong New Yorker saw the firefighter filming up a woman’s skirt on the escalator at a Manhattan subway station. He confronted the man who then fled, and tried to ditch other possible recording devices. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
