NYPD: Man Arrested for Threatening to Shoot Officers at Port Authority

An 18-year-old man from Florida was in custody Thursday morning after he allegedly threatened to shoot NYPD officers at Port Authority bus terminal in midtown, police say. Tracie Strahan reports.
