NYPD to Patrol City Beaches This Memorial Day Weekend

New York City beaches remain closed to swimming but will be open for sunbathing. The NYPD said late Thursday that beachgoers can enter the water up to their ankles and surfing will be allowed. NBC New York’s Tracie Strahan reports.
