NYPD Surprises Boy Battling Terminal Illness

The NYPD flew Arizona boy Jacob Priestley, 14, to New York on Tuesday for a VIP tour of the city. Priestley suffers from a terminal illness. He captured the hearts of officers after they saw his online request for 10,000 birthday cards in August.
