NYPD Promotes First Woman to Chief of Patrol

The NYPD is making history today promoting a woman to Chief of Patrol for the first time ever. Chief Juanita Holmes will be in charge of more New York City officers than any other chief. She’s also one of the highest-ranked Black women in the department. Myles Miller reports from police headquarters.
