NYC Housing Authority Under Fire

The New York City Housing Authority is facing accusations it’s hoarding funds as residents live in terrible conditions. A NY Daily News report says nearly $500 million has been sitting in the Housing Authority’s coffers since 2009. The city begs to differ. Melissa Russo has more.
