NYC Unsure About Rebuilding Due to Proposed Flood Zones

Under FEMA’s proposed flood maps, 35,000 homes would be added to New York City’s “danger zone.” This so-called line in the sand brings major complications for communities like Midland Beach on Staten Island where residents are now in a holding pattern. They want to rebuild, but are unsure what the new FEMA designation could mean for their homes. News 4’s Jonathan Vigliotti has more.
