NYC to Install 1500 Security Barriers

Mayor de Blasio announced Tuesday that the city is spending $50 million on protective measures including the installation of 1,500 metal barriers in key locations around the city. It follows the bike terror attack on Halloween and last May’s car rampage in Times Square. Andrew Siff reports.
