Man Dies After Off-Duty Cop Shoots Him in Traffic Dispute: NYPD

A 37-year-old man was shot and killed by an off-duty NYPD officer early Monday morning, according to police. The man was punching the cop repeatedly right before he was shot, police said. Katherine Creag reports.
