Power Outages in Queens as Heat Wave Grips Tri-State

Crews were scrambling to restore power to 100 people in Astoria. They woke up without air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. The tri-state area is in the middle of a boiling heat wave that is expected to last days. Jen Maxfield reports.
