NYC Gas Station Coated in White in June

It may be the dead of summer, but it looked more like a winter wonderland in the Bronx when a malfunction at a BP gas station caused white fire retardant to spray everywhere. It happened at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Soundview, near the Cross Department of Health.
