NYC Cracks Down on Hot Dog Vendors Who Don't Post Prices

It was just over a week ago that the NBC 4 New York I-Team exposed a hot dog vendor near the World Trade Center charging unsuspecting tourists $30 for a single hot dog. He lost his job, and now other vendors are being put on notice. Melissa Russo has details on the new crackdown.
