NYC 8PM Curfew Takes Effect

The 11 pm curfew did nothing to stop the vandalism and looting. So now it will begin before sunset at 8 pm, and go through 5 am. The NYPD announced that during the curfew no vehicular traffic will be allowed South of 96th street in Manhattan with the exception of residents, essential workers, busses, and truck deliveries.
