NJ Teen Honored for Using CPR to Save Friend's Life

Ty’Shawn James, 14, was on the basketball court with his friend when the friend collapsed. He called 911 and the Orange County dispatcher walked him through how to do CPR. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal reports.
