NY Senate Working Last Minute to Get Marijuana Legal

While it looked unlikely the senate would be able to pass this part of their progressive agenda, lawmakers are now focused on possibly getting a legal marijuana bill passed before session is over, and may include a compromise that would allow parts of the state to opt out.
