Camera Captures Car Slamming Into Mass. Burger Joint

A surveillance camera captured the moment a 90-year-old driver slammed into Wild Willy’s Burgers in Quincy, Massachusetts, causing several injuries. “I hear glass breaking and there’s a car coming through the front door,” employee Emily Amrock said. “Everything was just caving in around me. It was crazy.” The car knocked down the front of the building and pushed customers into a counter. “I was in the kitchen at the time and I heard this loud bang and all of a sudden the refrigerator in the kitchen flew forward from the impact of the car,” employee Manny Camargo said. The driver became confused and mistook the gas and brake pedals. He and his wife appeared shaken when they got out of the car. No charges were expected to be filed.
