NORTH: Nordic Food Festival

Editor in Chief of Honest Cooking Kalle Bergman and Executive Chef and Partner at Aquavit Marcus Jernmark discuss the first ever New York City Nordic food festival, NORTH. The festival will showcase some of the best Nordic cuisine and restaurants in the city. NORTH will take place October 2 through October 7.
