Nor'easter Hits Region With Record Rains, Wind

A nor’easter walloped the tri-state with record-setting rains and bone-chilling wind gusts of up to 60 mph Tuesday, causing flooding on some highways and roads in low-lying areas and washing away the snow that fell on some parts of the region earlier as the system churned north.
