NJ School's Obama Song Prompts Protest

A song about President Obama triggered a demonstration in New Jersey. They call themselves “tea party protestors” — and say the song is overtly political and an attempt to indoctrinate children at the at B. Bernice Young School. But the school district has a different take. In a statement officials said, there was no intention to make any political statement or promote a political agenda. The song was performed nearly a year ago at a school assembly that celebrated Black History month.
